Screen time and electronics use have been one of the biggest changes in the past few decades. Children and youth are using screens at an increasing rate, and many parents, caregivers, and helping professionals are faced with struggles disconnecting them from their devices.

stories, videotapes and small groups, participants will learn to identify
different types of attachment patterns. Ultimately, understanding the
attachment model of counselling helps provide valuable insight and skill to
those of us in therapeutic, education, and caregiving roles.
