In this 5 week program we will teach you skills about CBT and Mindfulness and how you can apply it to your everyday life. This workshop is beneficial for anyone experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, or are overwhelmed by their thoughts and emotions. This program will teach you tools to reduce stress, and problem solve more effectively in your everyday life.
This program will take place over five weeks starting August 18th, to September 15th, the workshop will take place virtually every Thursday from 1:00pm to 2:30pm. The total cost of the program will be $65 per person.
