Description
Community Legal Education Association (CLEA) will be discussing how Manitoba’s laws define discrimination and sexual harassment in the workplace, including the obligations of employers and employees in ending harassment. We will then review real-life examples of cases in this area from Manitoba and elsewhere in Canada. The workshop will wrap up with a discussion of legal resources for help and information in Manitoba, including CLEA’s Workplace Sexual Harassment Helpline.
