Raising Teens – A group for parents to explore challenges and find connection

We invite you to join a free weekly group, specifically tailored for parents and caregivers of teens. This group provides a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your experiences and connect with others over the challenges of parenting teens. Interactive, expressive methods will be part of the exploration process to help bring new awareness to themes shared and discussed. The focus for this group will be to encourage healing, growth, and connection. No need to bring anything but yourself, an openness to explore and a willingness to engage.

Once registration is received, the facilitator will reach out to make initial contact with those who have expressed interest. Please complete the below registration form to submit your interest in participating in the group.
